Mumbai:
Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut on Sunday spoke about the possibility of a reunion between the alienated cousins Raj and Uddhav Thakeray, and stated that there was no alliance from now on, with only emotional conversations.
In conversation with the media, Raut also stated that the relationship between the two brothers had not been broken.
“There is no alliance (between MNS and Shiv Sena -Ult) there are only emotional conversations underway … Raj Thackeray and Uddhav Thakeray are brothers. We have been together for years. Our relationship has not broken … Both brothers will decide (about the alliance). We will.”
He also stated that the parties who claim to be benefactors of Maharashtra were actually his enemies and the Shiv Sena broke to attack the pride of the state. He added that no relationships with such parties should be maintained.
“Uddhav Ji said there are a few parties who claim to be lovers of Maharashtra, but they are the enemy of Maharashtra. They broke Balasaheb's Shiv Sena to attack Maharashtra's pride, and with such parties, we can't have any relationships, and only we can do it, and this is not a condition, and this is not a condition, and this is not a condition, and this is not a condition, and this is not a condition, and this is not a condition, and this is not a condition, and this is not a condition, and this is the senhav, and this is not a condition, (UBT) MP has been added further.
In the meantime, Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis welcomed the possibility of a reunion between the two cousins and called it a 'good' step.
Fadnavis said to reporters: “If the two come together, we will be happy with it. If people arrange their differences, it is a good thing. What else can I say about it?”
Fadnavis responded to the recent explanation of Raj Tackeray, where the Chief Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) expressed the willingness to reunite with Shiv Sena (UBT) Chief Uddhav by forgetting earlier differences.
