Superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran shared pictures of his Onam festivities with his family on his Instagram profile on Tuesday. On the album, he is dressed in his most festive as he poses with his family. In another photo you can see Prithviraj Sukumaran digging in a Onam Sadhya scatter. The actor captioned his post: “Onam. I think a forced rest has its own benefits.” Prithviraj’s caption related to his resting phase. The actor has been on a break of sorts after undergoing keyhole surgery in June of this year. He was injured while filming a stunt on the sets of Vilayath Buddha. Coming back to his Onam festivities, Prithviraj Sukumaran also shared a happy photo with his wife Supriya and he captioned the post, “Happy Onam to all of you from us.”

Prithviraj Sukumaran shared another photo from the festivities with his wife. She shared an identical picture on her profile and wrote, “Happy Onam! Wishing you all a prosperous and loving year. PS- wear this beautiful kasavu sari of Pichakam.”
Meanwhile, on his Instagram story, the actor shared a photo of his celebratory OOTD and simply wrote “Happy Onam.”

In June, the actor shared a post-surgery health update, writing: “Hello! So yes…I had an accident while shooting an action scene for Vilayath Buddha. Fortunately, I am in the hands of experts who performed keyhole surgery and am now recovering. It’s rest and physical therapy for a few months. I will do my best to use that time constructively and I promise to fight through the pain to make a full recovery and return to action as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone who reached out and expressed concern and love.”
On a professional level, other than Vilayath BuddhaPrithviraj Sukumaran will star in the Hindi movie Bade Miyan Chote Miyan alongside Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. Prithviraj Sukumaran’s film credits include Ennu Ninte Moideen, Ayyappanum Koshiyum, classmates And Mumbai Police, among many others. He made his directorial debut with the 2019 hit Match. He will be featured in next time Salarstarring Prabhas.
