New Delhi:
UPI services were restored for users on Wednesday after a malfunction that struck various UPI users throughout India.
“NPCI had confronted with intermittent technical issues with which UPI had a partial decline. The same has now been tackled and the system has been stabilized. Register the inconvenience,” said the National Payments Corporation of India in a post on social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
Users reportedly had to deal with unexpected technical problems in transactions and tried to make the payment for popular apps such as Google Pay, Paytm and others.
