When your neighbors are that talented, collaborating is a no-brainer. Atoboy chefs Junghyun Park and Mark Nobello have developed an elaborate sandwich with pastry chef Dominique Ansel, whose Workshop bakery is a few blocks away in NoMad. Their Korean Egg Sandwich is a brioche bun topped with a glazed perilla leaf, filled with custardy steamed egg, a layer of mozzarella, and taleggio seasoned with kimchi, crispy hash browns, smoked ham, and pickled radishes. A sujeonggwa cinnamon tea latte spiked with ginger is served alongside, $20 for both, limited to two per person Friday through Sunday until sold out.
