The congress appointed Rao Narender Singh on Monday as the new president of the Haryana unit and former minister -President Bhupinder Singh Hooda as the CLP leader in the state.
Rao Narender Singh replaces Udai Bhan, who was appointed chairman of the state unit in April 2022. He is the former Minister of Health of Haryana and comes from Narnaul.
Hooda was made of the Legislature Party (CLP) of Congress Legislature Party (CLP) almost a year after the elections.
The appointment takes meaning because the party finally seems to have succumbed to internal pressure. The congress had not announced its CLP leader in the past year.
Most congress -Mla's were loyal to Hooda to Hooda and wanted him to be appointed the CLP leader after the party had not detached the BJP from the power in the elections that were held at the end of last year.
However, the party has not appointed hooda or someone else on the post that was empty. With this, Hooda has emerged again as the undisputed leader of the party in the state.
