With her latest movie Gehraiyaan released on Amazon Prime a few days ago, Deepika Padukone has gone out of her way to promote it. While the actress is captivating enough to make heads turn, she looked all the more flawless in the promotional shoots for her film.
In her latest promotional post, Deepika has stepped up her efforts to promote Gehraiyaan and has taken an experimental approach of being clicked underwater. The latest photo Deepika shares on her Instagram page shows her posing underwater. Deepika dropped two mesmerizing shots where she can be seen wearing a bright tangerine monokoni staring straight through the lens.
“Sometimes the safest place to be is underwater – Marisa Reichardt,” Deepika wrote in the post. While skillfully holding her breath and striking an amazing pose, the actress also manages to show off her incredibly toned figure. In one photo, Deepika let her hair down and sat on the bottom while tiny bubbles enhanced the aesthetic of the click. Meanwhile, in the second photo, she shows off her gold finger ring and immaculate nails.
Deepika had released Gehraiyaan’s poster on her birthday this year and had teased her fans by sharing the film’s release date. Since then, Deepika has left no stone unturned to promote her film. From teasers, title tracks to fragments, she kept the anticipation growing.
Deepika also took this opportunity to show off her elegance by dropping some breathtaking shots in vibrant outfits. Her series of photos was posted by celebrity stylist Shaleena Nathani, where Deepika’s tasteful sartorial choices are evident.
The actress also seems to have a penchant for high-end fashion brands. From David Koma, Alex Perry to Louis Vuitton, you can see Deepika embracing dresses from a number of designers during her photo shoots.
Gehraiyaan, directed by Shakun Batra, was released on Amazon Prime on February 11 this year. In addition to Deepika Padukone, the film also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Pandey and Dhairya Karwa.
