A rocket attack on Kiev’s main television tower left five dead and five injured, the Ukrainian emergency service said on Tuesday.
Ukrainian officials have released images of charred bodies and cars damaged in the apparent Russian attack, which shut down some state broadcasters but left the structure intact.
