Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut said on Sunday that there has been no announcement of the reunion between the alienated cousins Uddhav and Raj Tackeray, but claimed that “emotional conversations” are going on between the two.
RAUT said on Sunday that Sena (UBT) chef UDDHAV Thakeray did not set a condition for rapprochement with the rapprochement with Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) President and his cousin Raj Tackeray.
“There is no announcement of an alliance. Currently there are emotional conversations going on,” said Raut. “She [Raj and Uddhav] Meet at family events. They are brothers, “added Rajya Sabha's member.
Raut said that UDDHAV Thakkeray only asked to give priority to the interest and not to break bread with the enemies of Maharashtra.
“Raj Thackeray talks about the interest of Maharashtra, that also applies to Uddhav Thakkeray. The BJP does not fit in. Those who are at the BJP do not fit in,” Raut said.
He mentioned BJP as “the enemy of Maharashtra” and claimed that it split the Shiv Sena of Bal Tackeray, who worked to protect Maharashtra's pride. Everyone with them (BJP) is the “enemy” of Maharashtra, Raut continued.
Uddhav, Raj Tackeray 'Reunion'
Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) Chief Raj Tackeray recently expressed the willingness to reunite with Shiv Sena (UBT) Chief UDDHAV Tackeray by forgetting differences in the past.
In a podcast interview with filmmaker Mahsh Manjrekar – recorded weeks ago but released on Saturday – Raj Thakkeray said that he had no problems working with UDDHAV in the undivided Shiv Sena. The question is that UDDHAV wants to work with him, he said.
'Will keep my ego aside'
In the midst of the speculation, Shiv Sena (UBT) said MP Sanjay Raut that there is no alliance yet, but “Raj Thakeray has said that if there is a resentment between the two brothers, I will keep my ego aside and I will remove it [grudges] For the best interests of Maharashtra. “
“On which, Uddhav Thakkeray said we are brothers and there are no resentment between us and if there are one, I will remove them. But you should not take place in your house to the enemy of Maharashtra and Shiv Sena (UBT) … If you talk about this, we will certainly talk,” Sanjay Raut said.
MNS spokesperson responds
Mns' Mumbai President and party spokesperson Sandep Deshpande said that people read too much in the comments of Raj Tackeray.
He said that the election binding is a distant step and that the Sena (UBT) must support the MNS in his agitation for marathi language and people.
Although Raj Tackeray said that in the interest of “Marathi Manoos” was not difficult, former CM Uddhav Thakeray said he was ready to put aside trivial fights, provided that those who worked against Maharashtra's interests were not entertained.
The statement of UDDHAV has been seen as a veiled reference to the MNS chef who recently organizes deputy CM Eknath Shinde in his home.
On April 15, Maharashtra met deputy head minister Eknath Shinde Raj Thackeray in his home. Shind says: “This was a courtesy visit …”
Without mentioning his cousin, UDDHAV Thakkeray would have said that nothing had to be done to help the “thieves”, a clear reference to the Sena -led Sena.
Dshpande said: “Everyone thinks two brothers should come together, but how? If you don't go back (US) about the issue of Marathi, how does it go?”
“Raj Saheh's interview should be seen with a holistic view. His position was that all the Marathi people should come together for the interest of Maharashtra and Marathi Manoos. That was his stand. You read too much in it,” he said in response to a question.
When Uddhav Thakkeray was the chief minister, 17,000 mns activists were beaten with matters for protesting against speakers outside mosques, Dshpande claimed.
“Does Uddhav Thakkeray think it was a mistake and if that is the case, will he apologize at Maharashtra Sainiks?” Said the MNS leader.
'Good'
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis welcomed the possibility of a reunion between the alienated cousins UDDHAV and RAJ Tackeray, and called it a 'good' step.
“If the two come together, we will be happy with it. If people arrange their differences, it is a good thing. What else can I say about it?”, Fadnavis was quoted by Ani news agency.
