“Further need for deportees during the transit with regard to food and other supplies, including possible medical emergency situations, are attended. During toilet breaks, deportees are temporarily unrestrained if necessary. This applies to chartered civil aircraft and military planes,” he said.
“There has been no change in previous procedures for the flight that the US performed on February 5, 2025,” he added.
