Naina Lal Kidwai Resigns From Cipla Board

Naina Lal Kidwai has resigned as independent director of the board of directors of drug company Cipla

New Delhi:

Drug Major Cipla said on Wednesday that Naina Lal Kidwai has resigned from his position as an independent director on the board of directors effective March 31, 2022.

In a letter shared by the Mumbai-based drug company, the veteran banker noted that she has filed her papers to fulfill various other responsibilities and professional obligations.

“I further confirm that there is no other reason for my resignation as an independent director of the company, except as stated in this letter,” added Ms Kidwai.
