Congresswoman (MP) Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will deliver her maiden speech in Lok Sabha today, December 13. Vadra was recently elected in the bypolls from Wayanad seat in Kerala.
According to Congress leader Pawan Khera, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will speak at 12 noon during the ongoing winter session of Parliament. Vadra is expected to speak at the debate on the Constitution to be held in Lok Sabha, marking the 75th year of its adoption in the country.

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra took oath as an MP in the Lok Sabha on November 28, becoming the third member of the Gandhi family to currently sit in Parliament. She won the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat by a margin of 4,10,931 votes, defeating Sathyan Mokeri of the Communist Party of India (CPI).
Debate on the Constitution
The debate on the Constitution will take place in the Lok Sabha on December 13 and 14, and in the Rajya Sabha on December 16 and 17.
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will initiate the debate on the Constitution in the Lok Sabha, while Union Home Minister Amit Shah is expected to initiate a similar debate in the Rajya Sabha, government sources said.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to respond to the two-day debate on the Constitution in the Lok Sabha on Saturday.
The winter session of Parliament, which began on November 25, is likely to end on December 20. The BJP and Congress lawmakers have been leveling allegations against each other over the past week, with the BJP linking Congress leaders, including Sonia Gandhi, with the US. billionaire George Soros to refute bribery allegations against the Adani Group.
