The posture on a western chair does not position the spine and bowel in a suitable position and this causes problems such as constipation.
dr. Shastri also warns that suffering from constipation for a long time can lead to serious complications such as hemorrhoids, anal fistulas and anal cancer. Because we apply excessive pressure while overflowing during constipation, people begin to have blood in their stools and even swelling near the anus.
He added that the correct way to use a western chair is to hold a stool under your feet. According to him, the crutch should be high enough to bring your legs into an elevated position.
