The number of people using AI has almost doubled in the past six months, and according to Microsoft and LinkedIn's '2024 Work Trend Index Annual Report', approximately 75 percent of global knowledge workers are using AI in the workplace.
The report highlights the increasing reliance on personal AI tools by employees as they struggle to cope with the overwhelming pace and volume of work.
However, while leaders recognize the importance of AI for business, many believe that their organizations do not have a clear strategy to effectively use AI to improve business results.
The pressure to demonstrate immediate returns on investments is also causing some leaders to hesitate, despite the inevitability of AI integration.
