An American citizen hijacked a small tropical airplane in Belize in Knifepoint on Thursday, in which three other passengers were injured before being shot and killed, ABC News reported.
ABC News, referring to the police, said that the attacker wanted to be taken out of the country and demanded more fuel for the plane. He was shot by a passenger on board, they said.
The police did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comments.
