The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh On Wednesday evening, the command of the High Court that previously granted a bail to Chinmoy Krishna Das, or Chandan Kumar Dhar, the former Iskcon Monk and spokesperson Jote in Sammilito.
Judge of the Appellate Division Justice, Rezaul Haque, took the order after hearing an appeal lodged by the state adviser hours after the Supreme Court had granted him bail.
The residence assignment remains in force to submit a fiancé petition and release the full text of the judgment.
Earlier, the High Court of Bangladesh Bailor of Mr. Das, who was arrested on 25 November last year for accusation of incitement, linked to alleged lack of respect for the national flag during a meeting in the Chattogram. His arrest had caused widespread outrage all over the world.
