A associate professor at a prestigious university in China has become viral after he has mentioned his requirements for a potential girlfriend. According to a report in the South -China Morning PostThe scholar Lou, 35, from the School of Marxism at Zhejiang University in East -China, introduced himself as a 175 cm long, 70 kg man who achieved a promotion at a top Chinese university and more than RS 1.17 crore (1 million yuan) annually, in a matchmaking chat room.
He mentioned his interests in sports and financial investments and noted that he is the only child in a well-to-do family from Yiwu, Zhejiang. Mr. Lou added that he hoped to find a friend who was born after 2000, which means that the girl would be 10 years younger than he. The professor stated that she should be 165-171 cm long and “must have a good picture”.
“I will also take into account those who graduate from foreign institutions that are in the top 20 worldwide, depending on their own special conditions. A major in the law or medicine will add scores,” Mr Lou said in his post.
“If the university from which the girl was graduated is not in the list above, but she is extraordinary in other aspects, such as appearance, the financial situation of the family or her capacities, I can also nod to give her a chance,” he concluded.

After widespread play, the school of Marxism of Zhejiang University issued a statement on 17 March, causing them to be a distant spot of the post.
“It contains some false information,” the university wrote, without further clarifying. The statement also stated that Mr. Lou had reported the case to the police.
The incident caused a wave of reactions to Chinese social media platforms, in which the majority called Mr. Lou for his shameful standards, while others said he was allowed to prefer his preferences.
“What a tragedy for education. He treats love as if it was a business transaction,” said one user, while the other added: “What is wrong with this man? He is excellent and it is reasonable that he is selective. Many networks are just jealous.”
