At least two people were killed in a shooting in Brussels on Tuesday.

The Islamic State group on Tuesday claimed responsibility for a shooting in Brussels that killed two Swedes, saying the attack targeted Sweden because of its membership in a global coalition fighting jihadists.
“An Islamic State fighter carried out an attack on” Swedish nationals on Monday, IS said in a statement issued on the jihadist news outlet Amaq, adding that “the attack comes in the context of operations that Islamic State has called for nationals of coalition countries” .
