NATO leaders agreed at a summit in Vilnius on Tuesday that they will invite Ukraine to join when certain conditions are met, alliance head Jens Stoltenberg said.
“We have also made it clear that we will invite Ukraine to join NATO when allies agree and the conditions are met,” Stoltenberg told reporters after the talks.
