Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Thursday that the situation in the south and the Donbas region remains extremely difficult and reiterated that Russia was building troops near the besieged city of Mariupol.
“There will be fights ahead. We still have a very difficult path to go to get everything we want,” he said in a video address late at night.
