Washington:
President Donald Trump's administration set up federal agencies on Friday to terminate employees who worked in positions with regard to diversity programs, after they had placed on paid leave earlier this week.
“Every agency, department or committee head will take action to terminate, to a maximum extent permitted by law, all dei, deia and 'environmental justice' within 60 days,” said a memo of the American office of personnel management, referring to jobs aimed at stimulating “diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.”
