Tel Aviv:
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has promised that Israel will achieve “total victory” in Gaza, because the three most important allies Canada, France and the United Kingdom were “gross actions” and blockade about humanitarian aid in Palestinian territory. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, in a joint explanation, hit Israel's expansion of his war and called the circumstances in Gaza “unbearable” because they threatened a “concrete” reaction when the campaign of Israel continues.
“We will not assist while the Netanyahu government is pursuing these serious actions. If Israel does not terminate the renewed military offensive and raises the limitations on humanitarian aid, we will also take concrete actions,” said the three allied governments in a statement on Monday.
The three countries did not specify which action against Israel could be taken, but added: “We are dedicated to recognizing a Palestinian state as a contribution to achieving a two -state solution and are willing to work with others.”
The statement coincided with a joint question through 22 countries – including Great -Britain, France and Canada – that Israel immediately “allows a full resumption of aid in Gaza”, and noted that the population of the territory is “confronted with starvation”.
It said that Israel's “denial of essential humanitarian aid to the civilian population is unacceptable and risks breaches of international humanitarian law”. It also closed “disgusting language that was recently used by members of the Israeli government, which threatens that, in their despair at the destruction of Gaza, citizens will start moving”. The leaders said that “permanent forced relocation is a violation of international humanitarian law”.
Israel hits back
But Netanyahu hit back to starmer, Macron and Carney and said that their joint explanation was a “huge prize” for Hamas in the Gaza war. Israel has kept Gaza in a total auxiliary blockade since 2 March, but announced on Monday it would allow it in a limited number of delivery trucks.
The Israeli Prime Minister said: “All European leaders” should follow the example of US President Donald Trump in supporting Israel.
“The war can end tomorrow when the remaining hostages are released, Hamas lays his arms, his murderous leaders are banned and Gaza is demilitated. None of no nation can be expected to accept a little less, and Israel will certainly not do that,” he said.
“This is a war of civilization above barbarism. Israel will continue to defend himself with only means until the total victory is reached.”
In a video on Telegram, Netanyahu said that “the fighting (in Gaza) is intense and we make progress”.
“We will take control of all the territory of the strip,” he added.
The army of Israel has performed an offensive in Gaza as part of the long -term response to Hamas's 7 October 2023, attack that resulted in the death of 1,218 people on the Israeli side, usually citizens, according to an AFP assignment based on official figures.
The Ministry of Health of Gaza said on Monday that at least 3,340 people have been killed since Israel resumed strikes on March 18, so that the total toll of the war was held to 53,486.
