Heat has been a major issue during the ongoing Pakistan West Indies OSI series in Multan. Match times have been pushed back to reduce the effect of heat on players, match officials and spectators. Even the commentators waver under the heat. In a recent video posted on social media by Pakistan Cricket on Saturday, former West Indian pacesetter Ian Bishop asked ex-Pakistani cricketer Bazid Khan to explore options in Multan. † Instead, Bazid had a new solution to Bishop’s eagerness to explore Pakistan.
The video shows that Bazid brought three baskets of mango for Bishop. The Pakistani cricketer turned commentator goes on to say that Multan is famous for its mangoes. The three types of mangoes that Bazid invents were – white chaunsa, Sindhi chaunsa and dasheri. Bishop had them all and gave his opinion on the taste of each variety.
