Check out the companies making headlines before the bell. Hertz Global – The car rental stock fell almost 5% after a neutral rating cut to sales at Goldman Sachs. Analyst Lizzie Dove believes that investors have not yet fully priced in the short-term pressure. Block – Shares of the financial services platform fell 3% after Morgan Stanley was downgraded from equal weight to underweight. The company cited “high market penetration and limited additional opportunities” as reasons for the change. Zeta Global — The stock fell 5% after Morgan Stanley upgraded the software company from equal weight to overweight. The bank expects positive valuation and estimate revisions going forward, citing Zeta's near-term catalysts and a “strong track record” of prudent guidance. Wayfair – The home-focused e-commerce retailer rose nearly 5% after an Evercore ISI upgrade to outperform in line. The company said Wayfair can gain market share amid a recovery in the home furnishings sector. Levi Strauss — The company saw shares rise 8% after beating first-quarter expectations on the top and bottom lines and raising full-year earnings estimates. For the period, the retailer posted adjusted earnings of 26 cents per share on revenue of $1.56 billion. That exceeded the 21 cents and $1.55 billion expected by analysts surveyed by LSEG. Conagra Brands – Shares rose more than 4% after the consumer packaged goods company posted a decline in profit and revenue in its fiscal third quarter. Conagra reported earnings of 69 cents per share on revenue of $3.03 billion, beating FactSet's estimates of 65 cents per share on revenue of $3.01 billion. Lamb Weston – Shares rose almost 1%, faster than the chip maker's latest quarterly results. Analysts polled by FactSet expect third-quarter revenue of $1.65 billion. Intuitive Machines — Space supplies rose nearly 11% after Intuitive won a $30 million NASA contract to build a lunar terrain vehicle.
