In the Digital Banking and Emerging Payments position, the bank is hiring 42 managers, 7 assistant general managers and 2 deputy general manager. While in information technology and MIS, IDBI will recruit 33 managers, 22 assistant general managers and 8 deputy general managers.
Eligibility Criteria
As per the bank official notice, a candidate must have completed BE/ BTech in CSE/ IT/ ECE/ EEE, B.Sc, BCA, ME/ M.Tech in CSE/ IT/ ECE/ EEE, MSc, MCA , MBA, MA from one of the recognized boards or universities.
If you have done MBA/PGD, IDBI wants this done preferably full-time. Furthermore, for graduation and postgraduate, the institute must be recognized by the government and government agencies like AICTE, etc.

Diplomas recognized by the Government of India will be considered and the final result of the diploma should have been announced on or before 1 January 2023. Experience of less than six months in any organization will not be entertained by IDBI for the recruitment process.
Application Fee
The candidates from General, EWS and OBC categories are required to pay Rs 1000 as application fee and applicants from SC/ST category are required to pay the sum of Rs 200 on filling the form.
Selection procedure
The selection process for the advertised position includes a pre-screening of the established eligibility criteria of age, educational qualifications and work experience, as indicated by the candidate in the application form and supporting documents uploaded. The candidature after pre-screening and without verification of documents would be provisional for all positions/grades and would be verified against the originals.
Salary
The salary scale of a manager starts from 48,170 to 69,810 and for assistant general manager from Rs 63840 to Rs 78230. The salary of the deputy general manager is between Rs 76,010 and Rs 89,890.
