The National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) MDS Round 2 Counseling for 2023 has been completed by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). Registration for round 3 starts today at mcc.nic.in. As of September 6, universities of applied sciences verified the data of candidates who participated in the second round. The provisional seat matrix for Round 3 will be verified on September 7.
A report by Career 360 found that according to the result of the second round of the NEET MDS 2023 counseling, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Prosthodontics and Crown and Bridge, Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics are among the most popular courses among students. In addition, the majority of applicants did not choose to upgrade in the second round.
NEET MDS Advisory Round 3: Steps to Apply
Candidates can apply by following the processes below:
Step 1: Login to the official website at mcc.nic.in.
Step 2: Go to the MDS tab and click on the registration link.
Step 3: Complete the registration procedure and then log in.
Step 4: Fill in the application form
Step 5: Submit the correct documents and pay the fees.
Step 6: Submit the form and print it.
Candidates interested in participating in NEET PG counseling must without doubt register on the official website of the Medical Counseling Committee. Candidates should also note that non-refundable registration fees and refundable deposits are payable at the time of registration, depending on their chosen category. The refundable deposits will be forfeited if they do not accept the seats allocated to them in any of the rounds.
According to the official website, MCC offers advice for:
-50% of the states’ All India Quota seats (J&K’s Union Territory participation depends on their offer of seats).
100% seats (All India Quota Seats + Institutional Quota Seats) from Central Universities (Aligarh Muslim University / Banaras Hindu University / University of Delhi / Central Institutes as per the eligibility conditions stated in Important Questions Related to the Counseling Scheme duly uploaded on the MCC website)
-100% seats of all honorable universities in the country
-50% AIQ PG seats in colleges covered by the Employee State Insurance Corporation (children of ESIC insured people)
-All PG seats in Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions (excluding the registration part)
-Central Institutes; VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital; ABVIMS and RML Hospital; and ESIC Institute, PGIMSR, Basaidarapur (50 percent All India Quota seats and 50 percent IP University seats)
