The Department of Basic Education of Uttar Pradesh has asked all schools in the state to release the 2023 annual results for grades 1 through 8 today, March 31. The annual examinations for classes 1 to 8 were held in two shifts from March 20 to March 24. The first shift took place from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and the second shift from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. The evaluation process for the answer sheets started on March 26 and lasted until March 30.
All professional exams had a maximum of 50 points this year. It should be noted that students will receive their results plus report cards at their respective schools. According to the official exam schedule, class 1 students appeared for a one-day exam on March 20. While students from grades 2 through 8 took both oral and written exams.

On the other hand, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has started the evaluation process for grades 10 and 12 answer sheets. The evaluation work started on March 18 and is expected to be completed on April 1. According to reports from Economic Times , this year more than 1.43 lakh examiners are evaluating the UP exam answer sheets for more than 3.19 crore candidates in about 258 centers across the state.
UPMSP has not announced an official date or time of the result. But when the results are out, students can access them on the official site – upmsp.edu.in. The 10th Uttar Pradesh Board Examinations were conducted from February 16 to March 3. While class 12 exams were held from February 16 to March 4. There were approximately 31,16,487 candidates who registered and appeared for the class 10 exam and approximately ,69,258 students wrote the class 12 exam this year.
