Odisha Chief Minister Navin Patnaik shared on Twitter breathtaking photos of Chilika Lake, the brackish water lagoon in the state that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
Patnaik’s photos show the lush green surroundings of Chilika Lake and the clear blue waters populated by small boats on the shore.
#ChilikaLake has been an integral part of #Odisha‘s culture and literature. It is a nature lover’s paradise and host to a fascinating carnival of bird visitors. Let’s spend time this winter with the symphony of nature where life is nourished and nature celebrates its glory. #IndiasBestKeptSecretpic.twitter.com/FnvTFm9Bvh
