Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address election rallies on Monday in Uttar Pradesh’s Maharajganj and Ballia districts.
The BJP has made all necessary preparations for the successful organization of the rallies.
Speaking about the meetings, Secretary of State and responsible for the rally Anoop Gupta said: “PM Modi would first address the joint meeting for Parenda, Paniyara, Nautanwa, Siswan Assembly Districts of Maharajganj District and Ramkola Assembly District of the Kushinagar district. The rally will be held at Ambedkar Degree College in Maharajganj.”
He further said that Prime Minister Modi will hold another meeting to address people from Belthara Road, Rasra, Sikandarpur, Phephna, Ballia, Bansdih and Bairiya in Haibatpur in Ballia.
Mr Gupta said the seats were made according to COVID-19 guidelines.
He further said that all of PM Modi’s programs will also be broadcast on all social media platforms. “Workers and ordinary people from across the state will also be able to listen to him through various media outlets,” he added.
Earlier on Sunday, Prime Minister Modi spoke at rallies in Basti, Ballia, Deoria and Varanasi.
The polls for the fifth phase of the ongoing Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls ended at 6pm today. The polls for the remaining two phases will take place on March 3 and 7. The counting of votes will take place on March 10.
