Hosted by Edesia, a multi-cuisine restaurant in Crowne Plaza, Okhla, the 13th edition of the Dilli 6 food festival will take place from December 3 to 18, 2023. Executive Sous Chef Executive Chef Ashutosh Bisht shares his thoughts on the food festival as he says, “I remember visiting the narrow gullies of Old Delhi as a child to savor thick and succulent jalebis glistening with ghee and crispy fried aloo chaat in a melange of chutneys.Our chefs have teamed up with local khansamas to uncover the secrets behind the aromatic delights deeply rooted in the culture of Chandni Chowk.Our food menu celebrates the hawkers of the old town in a highly hygienic arrangement.
