Popular microblogging website 'X', formerly known as Twitter, is reportedly causing problems for users across the world.
According to Downdetector, Indian users have also complained about issues accessing Elon Musk's social media platform, both on the web and in apps. The Downdetector also showed a spike in issues with global users, especially those on the app.
According to Downdetector, about 41 percent of X users have problems accessing the social media platform on the Internet. While 57 percent of mobile app users said they couldn't see the messages.
In India, issues with Musk's microblogging platform began reaching their peak at 1:12 p.m. with 521 reports. Globally, the problem peaked at 1:15 PM (IST), with more than 3,700 reports.
What is happening?
Users complain that they receive the message 'Something went wrong. Try to reload” when they try to access messages on X.
Neither Elon Musk nor the social media platform have acknowledged the outage yet, therefore its cause is not yet known.
It is the second outage in a week.
Last week, several people in India complained that they could not access messages on X's web.
However, the Twitter app worked even for those who didn't have access to X on their PC.
