Asaka Air said on Friday that the airlines regretted the disembarkation experience of Bharatiya Janata Party MP Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and would investigate in detail the incident in which she alleged that staff tried to cause “huge losses” to her to research.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Member of Parliament (MP) from Bhopal constituency, Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, has accused the Akasa Airlines staff of hurting her while alighting at the Delhi airport while she was flying from Mumbai to Delhi on Thursday .
The MP from Bhopal today addressed Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia in a post on social media platform X and hoped that action would be taken in the matter.
“Union Minister Scindia, when I came to Delhi from Mumbai to Delhi Akasa Air flight number QP1120, Duty Manager Imran and his associates conspired and tried to cause me huge losses. I hope you will definitely take action in this matter,” the BJP said. MP posted on X.
In a statement, Akasa Air spokesperson said: “We regret the disembarkation experience that MP Pragya Thakur had on our flight QP1120 on February 15, 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to her. We will investigate the incident in detail. , we see this as an opportunity to learn and continue to improve our services.”
