New Delhi:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi today wrote a letter to the candidates contesting Phase 3 of the Lok Sabha elections, urging them to spread their message against the 'divisive and discriminatory' policies of Congress and INDIA- alliance.
“I urge you to sensitize voters about the divisive and discriminatory intentions of the Congress Party and its INDIA Alliance. Their intention is to create reservations in their vote bank by ripping it away from the SC, ST and OBC communities even though there are reservations on the basis of religion is unconstitutional,” PM Modi wrote.
The letter was shared by Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on X – formerly known as Twitter.
“They are determined to take people's hard-earned money and give it to their vote bank. Congress has also made it clear that they will support dangerous ideas like “inheritance taxes.” The country will have to unite to stop them,” Prime Minister Modi said.
Every vote the BJP gets will boost India's journey to become a developed nation by 2047, Prime Minister Modi said. The 'encouraging trends' of the first two phases show that the people of India have decided to support this vision.
“It is important that our employees motivate people to vote in large numbers. Focus on winning the score. Victory in any position leads to success in the constituency. At the same time, I request the workers of our party to take care of their health and that of other people around them,” he said.
