Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's wife Sunita Kejriwal will participate in the INDIA bloc's “Nyay Ulgulan Rally” to be held on April 21 in Jharkhand's Ranchi.
ANI reported quoting party sources: “Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and AAP MP Sanjay Singh will also participate in this meeting of the INDIA bloc.”
The rally will take place at Prabhat Tara Ground 21 to protest against the arrest of former Chief Minister Hemant Soren.

Earlier, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) held a meeting on preparations for INDIA bloc's Nyay Ulgulan Rally. Kalpana Soren, accompanied by Congress state in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir, state president Rajesh Thakur, MLAs Vinod Singh and Satyanand Bhokta, as well as JMM general secretary Vinod Pandey, convened a meeting on April 6. The aim was to determine a strategy and mobilize the party. employees effective for the upcoming Ulgulan Rally.
After the meeting, Kalpana Soren, while talking to the media, urged all party members to participate in the meeting in large numbers and discussed ways to strengthen the alliance.
“I have appealed to all party members to participate in the INDIA meeting in large numbers. We will tell how the central government is discriminating against Jharkhand. Hemant Ji has also been jailed and Kejriwal Ji from Delhi has also been sent to jail. The discussion was aimed at strengthening the alliance,” she said.

Earlier on Wednesday, AAP leader Sanjay Singh claimed that if the BJP wins these elections, it would change the country's constitution.
“The 2024 Lok Sabha elections are the last elections. If the Narendra Modi government accidentally comes to power this time, he will change the constitution of the country. These people will end the elections and the reservation. They will take away the rights of the youth, farmers and women. This fear is getting stronger every day,” Sanjay Singh had said.
In the upcoming elections in Jharkhand, voting will take place in four phases on June 13, 20, 25 and 1. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP-led NDA emerged victorious in 12 seats of Jharkhand's total, with the BJP alone capturing 11 seats. The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and the Congress won one seat each in those elections.
