On Wednesday, Turkish authorities launched an investigation into a FedEx Airlines Boeing 767 cargo plane that landed at Istanbul airport without front landing gear.
After Thursday's incident, flights were diverted to Antalya's main airport and other nearby airports, the minister said.
Corendon said in a statement that the plane came to a safe stop on the runway after the tire burst.
Experts say blown tires upon landing are relatively common and usually require minor repairs, but could trigger a search for tire debris or, in some cases, an evacuation of passengers.
The plane involved, which has six wheels, is different from the larger 767 that made an emergency landing without landing gear on Wednesday.
