“Superman” surprisingly appeared during a speech by Chilean President Gabriel Boric. No, it wasn’t actually the Man of Steel, but a child dressed in superman costume that was filmed riding his bike around Mr Boric. The president spoke after casting his vote for the constitutional plebiscite, according to local outlet 24 Horas, but it was the boy who caught the attention of those in attendance. The video of the child’s antics is going viral on social media.
The clip was shot last week when Boric called on Chileans to vote for a new constitution, which was ultimately rejected by an overwhelming majority, Reuters news agency reported.

The president spoke passionately, but the young child, dressed in a red cap and a blue superhero onesie, cycled around him on a blue-colored balance bike, as seen in the video.
After a few laps, he stops to listen to the president, but then continues his bike ride, seemingly unaware of what was happening. His blue helmet hung from the handlebars of the bicycle.
The video has received more than 1.33 lakh views on Twitter and has let many users down.
“At least something cool happened today,” said one user. “Why don’t we talk about this more?” commented another.
Some 7.9 million Chileans voted against the draft constitution on Sunday, against 4.9 million who voted in favour, a blow to the country’s 36-year-old president who supported its adoption, according to Reuters.
The vote was seen as a political thermometer for Mr Boric, who took office in March and promised economic and social reforms, although he was criticized for high inflation and economic uncertainty.
