The two selfie cameras on the foldable are tipped to be a 20-megapixel camera for the inner front camera and a 32-megapixel sensor for the outer one. While OnePlus did not reveal detailed specifications, it has also confirmed that its upcoming smartphone will feature Sony’s latest LYTIA-T808 sensor. “Applied for the first time in a foldable phone, this camera sensor features Sony’s ‘Dual-layer Transistor Pixel’ (also known as ‘Pixel Stacked’) technology, where the light adsorption retention structure has been redesigned from the ground up, making it light can be captured and stored for conversion twice as much (full capacity) despite a relatively smaller sensor size,” OnePlus said in a press release.

Brar in the meantime too leaked the screen specifications for OnePlus Open. If the leak is to be believed, the phone could sport a 6.31-inch 2K AMOLED cover display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2,800 nits peak brightness and “Ceramic Guard” protection, which appears to be the OnePlus version of Apple’s Ceramic Shield screen protection on iPhone models.

The main interior display could be an LTPO 3.0, 7.82-inch smooth AMOLED display, also with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 2,800 nits, in addition to Dolby Vision support. Brar claims that OnePlus is calling its new displays ProXDR, which is also very similar to Apple’s Super Retina XDR displays on iPhone Pro models. It’s worth noting that OnePlus hasn’t officially confirmed these details yet.

Earlier this week, ahead of the foldable tablet’s launch, tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) claimed that the OnePlus Open will be priced around Rs. 1,39,999 in India. He also hinted that the first sales of the foldable phone will begin on October 27. On Tuesday, a OnePlus spokesperson also confirmed to Gadgets 360 that its latest device will come with a number of pre-installed apps from third parties, such as Facebook.
