Guinness World Records has named Jumbo Jump in Karachi, Pakistan, as the world's largest inflatable castle. The record-breaking attraction measures a whopping 15,295.51 square meters and officially surpasses the previous record holder, Dubai's JumpX, which took the title in January 2023. Jumbo Jump, unveiled in November, is designed to attract more tourists to Pakistan and has a maximum capacity of 200 people. The inflatable castle offers a range of attractive features, including a slide, climbing walls and charming castle-themed decorations.
According to Guinness World Records, Jumbo Jump bills itself as a one-stop destination for excitement and wonder, with the playground accompanied by an obstacle course, a photo booth and another toon-themed bouncy castle. Founder Safeer Khan sought to create more diverse entertainment options for Pakistan and ensure that it becomes a source of joy and excitement for the community.
The bouncy castle consists of a slide, climbing walls, various decorations and plenty of room to jump. The entire process of creating this inflatable structure, including planning, design and careful material selection for safety and achieving the record size, spanned a period of six months. The primary frame is made of PVC tarpaulin, decorated with vibrant and vibrant primary colors reminiscent of a circus.
Remarkably, the inflation process only took a short 10 minutes. Accurate measurements of the castle were ensured using fiber optic measuring tape and a laser range finder. Jumbo Jump expects this record-breaking attraction to attract more tourists to Pakistan.
