In the following post, the entrepreneur explained how a person's health encompasses a broader spectrum, including physical, mental and social well-being, with the body's systems working in harmony. “Being fit is not the same as being healthy. Most people believe that being healthy and being fit are one and the same. That is not the case. They are not synonymous and are separate states of physical well-being,” Mr. Kumar wrote.
“Being fit means your ability to perform physical activities such as endurance, endurance, strength, flexibility, power and speed. These are a set of qualities that people have or develop to perform a physical activity,” he continued.

Mr Kumar further debunked more misconceptions. “We often think of athletes or movie stars as fit and healthy. But often they are not,” he wrote. “Maybe you are a runner, go to the gym regularly or get ten thousand daily steps. Fitness does not guarantee health. While being fit can contribute to overall health, it is possible for someone to be physically fit but still experience health problems as a result from poor nutrition, stress, lack of sleep or underlying medical conditions,” he explained.
We all lead hectic lives and are constantly exposed to stress and distractions. It's even more important for people who prioritize fitness to balance it with healthy living. Stress + rest = growth.

Mr. Kumar also emphasized in his post the importance of a balanced approach to fitness and health. “The gap between being healthy and looking fit is a modern confusion caused by social media. Fitness is important and can be achieved through specific physical activities. Health takes into account different dimensions of well-being and is achieved through sustainable long-term practices, he tweeted. “Finding a balance between fitness and health is essential,” he added.
Interestingly, Mr Kamath revealed that he had suffered a mild stroke six weeks ago. Although he doesn't know what exactly causes it, he thinks a combination of factors, including the death of his father, poor sleep, exhaustion and overexertion, could be the reasons.
