From missing seat cushions to finding a screw in a sandwich, several unusual incidents have occurred on IndiGo flights in the past few months. But now an X user used the microblogging site to highlight the positive side of the airline. In his post, Ajay Rotti said that he recently flew IndiGo and noticed the flight schedule. After finding out the plane had been flying since 6am and had eight destinations planned, Mr Rotti said he was impressed by the airline's “incredible efficiency”.
“Incredible efficiency. My Indigo flight from Chennai has landed and parked at the international terminal. Just checked the schedule out of curiosity. The plane has been flying since 6am and is getting ready for the 7th flight out of 8 schedules with 4 international flights! It will return to Bangalore tomorrow morning from Singapore! The whole 24 hour machine deserves it! Mr Rotti wrote in his post.

Mr. Rotti shared the message a few days ago. Since then, it has amassed over 242,000 views and several comments. Several users agreed with Mr. Rotti's views on the airline's efficiency. His post also prompted a response from IndiGo.
“Mr. Rotti, thank you very much for recognizing the efforts our teams make to keep our flights running smoothly every day. For us it's all in a day's work, but it means a lot to hear that our customers notice and appreciate it. See, you'll be boarding soon,” the airline wrote.

Meanwhile, one user wrote in the comments: “I'm always amazed at human evolution and achievements when I see these machines constantly crossing oceans and thousands of miles at a time with little pause.”
“I have always appreciated IndiGo for its great turnover time. Recently experienced even better turnover times on Hong Kong Express. I was walking towards immigration in Chiang Mai when they were already boarding the flight back to Hong Kong,” said another .

“It honestly amazes me that a machine can survive that much. I could thank strict regulations for it, but airplanes are truly incredible feats of engineering,” said a third user.
“Even I noticed this yesterday when I was watching my indigo flight to hyd. 8 rides in one day, absolutely crazy!” said one user.
“No wonder this is the only airline that consistently makes a profit despite the headwinds it faces. Just plain common sense and effective use of resources. I also hope that regular aircraft maintenance takes place while flying almost continuously,” wrote another.
